These foods not only can harm your health, but can also hamper the growth of your baby.
When you are pregnant, several hormones are released into your body. This increases the craving for food. However, you should try to avoid some unhealthy food that can create negative consequences on your health. For instance, undercooked meat can prove to be harmful for you during this stage. This is especially applicable when you order any food in the restaurants. If you eat burger, do not forget to specify that the meat is cooked well.
You must also try to avoid raw fish during this stage. When you eat such foods, and expose it to your baby, the risk of bacteria growth and development in your body becomes high. This is applicable in the case of smoked fish, as well. The amount of bacteria growth in the body will tend to rise. Therefore, be it is meat or fish make sure that these are cooked very well.
